• Shape: Very large, flat to oblate
• Skin: Yellow with a red blush
• Flesh: Yellowish, coarse-grained

Flavour:

          Vinous aroma and rich, aromatic flavour with a desirable blush colour. Best to ripen until the stripes are more visible. Great for drying and preserving.
