Sweet, Refreshing

Physical Attributes:
  • Shape: Medium-sized, round, somewhat lumpy
  • Skin: Pale green-yellow
  • Flesh: Soft, white flesh

            Devon style-cider flavor with low acidity and moderate level of tannins for a refreshing, light cider.

Neat History:

            Early 1700's in Exeter, Devon grown for cider though lost some popularity in the early 20th century and has seen a resurgence in recent years.
